Plastic Boot Band – These boots are made for walking

Plastic Boot Band perform “These boots are made for walking”

The Plastic Boot band performed “These boots are made for walking” at the Exchange, Twickenham

The Plastic Boot Band have a unique take on the set-list that they have chosen. They focus on the impact that women artists have had in the evolution of modern music.

When I was first asked to video a showreel for them, I was a bit worried. I feared it was going to be a nagging, “Sister’s rights” lecture. However, this created a happy celebration of the impact that these artists and trailblazers have made. The celebration used well-performed songs with a great a/v show to back it up.

The show features lots of audience participation. The music really got the audience up from their seats and dancing along. It featured tracks from the 60’s right up to the modern day.

The musicianship and stage presence enhanced the experience for the packed audience.
