Focus headlined Wokingham Festival on August Bank Holiday Monday 2022
They were amazing!
My amazement started when I saw the mighty hammond organ being lifted onto the stage – it is huge and very very heavy
Four very strong roadies grunted and groaned as they put it in place with great delicacy and reverence

Sound Check – which was perfect and the show began

So many words have been written about Focus – Jazz Fusion masters, Prog Rock Pioneers, Instrumental Rock innovators and many more.

What I saw was eclectic – taking its influences from Classical, folk, Jazz, Blues, Rock and World Music, plus simply the sounds that the band heard around them, and merged it into a fascinating, unique, musically brilliant package performed perfectly
