Pure Acts – SOS – MRB

Pure Acts are an Abba tribute band who have been performing for over 20 years, and have supported such luminaries as John Mayer, Cher, The Eagles, Sheryl Crow, Jason Donovan, Metallica, Green Day and Kylie Minogue

They also perform complete sets as a 4 piece as a tribute to Madonna and George Michael, as well as a four piece version of the ABBA act

Their web-site says the following:
“With over 20 years’ experience, our ABBA tribute act celebrates the better-looking half of one of the world’s all-time favourite groups.  Combining their excellent vocal talents, larger than life personalities and highly infectious energy, these girls just love to bring the passion and enjoyment, not to mention the true-to-life costumes, of the ABBA sound and music to life.”

Whilst that is all true, I found them to be just delightful people to work with, and the audience at Marlow Rock Bottom (MRB) loved them to bits, and are commonly re-booked each year.
